3. Third-Party Manufacturing & Fulfilment

Not all products sold through BLXCK INK are manufactured, decorated, printed, stored, or fulfilled by BLXCK INK.

BLXCK INK may engage third-party suppliers, manufacturers, decorators, printers, distributors, and fulfilment providers to produce and deliver products on its behalf.

Product specifications, materials, colours, packaging, and delivery methods may vary between suppliers and production partners.

4. Pricing & Payment

Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received and successfully cleared.

5. Order Acceptance

Where payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Returns & Exchanges

BLXCK INK does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect product selection, or customer preference.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Products

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, BLXCK INK will provide an appropriate remedy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLXCK INK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or economic loss arising from the use of, inability to use, or purchase of products sold through the website.

BLXCK INK's total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that product.
